2. Terms of Sale & Contract Formation
Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. The contract between us is only formed when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, stock errors, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.
Pricing: All prices are in GBP. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price and will contact you to offer a refund or the option to pay the correct price.
Payment: We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
3. Delivery & International Orders
We offer flat-rate shipping as detailed on our Delivery Information page.
International Customers: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Restrictions: Some fossils may be subject to export/import restrictions based on their country of origin. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item is legal to import into their territory.
4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Right to Cancel: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK and EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Notification: You must notify us via email at [email protected] of your intent to return an item within this 14-day window.
Returning Goods: You have a further 14 days to return the item to us. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Condition of Goods: Fossils must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, prepared, or removed from their original matrix by the buyer.
Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund (including original basic outbound postage) will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and unique product photography. If any artwork is used it will be fully attributed to it's original creator.
Reproduction of any content, including our fossil photography, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
