Delivery and Returns

Shipping and delivery is simple and straightforward.  For UK customers, Free postage.  But if you wish to have Signed for delivery (Formally called Recorded Delivery) you may add this at the checkout. See current prices below. This is ideal if you wish to sign for your package.  It also allows tracking so that you can find out where you parcel is, whether it is still in transit, or if it is at the local sorting office waiting for you to pick it up.  Sometimes a card is left at your home address, so you will need to take a few forms of ID with you when going to collect your parcel.  Also, simply checking with your neighbor can sometimes save you a trip to the post office/sorting office. You can also arrange for your post to be delivered to your local post office. Inquire about this at your post office counter, as a convenient way to receive your packages.

Outside of the UK we have simplified our delivery costs and offer a Flat Rate pricing for each order.  So you pay just one price, not individually priced item shipping cost item like on some websites.  Below is the current pricing for parcel shipping.   Standard packages do not have a tracking information.  If you require an item to be tracked and signed for USA, Canada, or South America please choose Signed/Tracked option at checkout.
 
For larger orders we sometimes use Courier services such as FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce etc.

Affordable and fairly priced Shipping - Flat rate on however many items you buy

  • UK Delivery is Free (Standard Mail No Tracking)
  • but you can add "UK Only Signed For 1-3 Working days Tracked/Signed" at the checkout for £1.55
  • Royal Mail Standard (No tracking) for USA, Canada, South America Etc. Flat Rate £5.50 per order
  • Royal Mail (Signed/Tracked) For USA, Canada, S America Etc. Flat Rate £9.50 per order
  • Royal Mail European Delivery (Standard No tracking/Not insured) Flat Rate £4.00 per order
  • Royal Mail European Delivery (Signed/Tracked) Flat Rate £6.95 per order
  • Royal Mail (Tracked) Delivery for Australia, N. Zealand, China, Japan. Flat Rate £9.50 per order

Returns
If you wish to return an item due to damage or perhaps not being what you really wanted, simply do so within 14 days of receipt.  We are very flexible as a company and will do all we can to meet your needs.  Just drop us an email to let us know you are returning an item(s) and we can help you with the procedure.  Simply post back the parcel to us and once we receive it back safely we will offer you a full refund, or exchange. Whichever you prefer.   Please note that the buyer pays for the return postage. Obtain Proof of Postage if possible so that you can prove the item was posted back, should it not arrive back with us.  It saves a lot of time and problems for everyone then!

Many website charge restocking fees - We don't - so you will get back exactly what you spent out in the first place.

We try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, including boxes, bubble wrap and filling.   This helps to bring down the costs of our products and for you to save money too.   And paramount, it helps the environment too!
