Bank Transfer: For high-value specimens, we can provide BACS/IBAN details upon request.
Transparent Pricing & No Surcharges In accordance with UK law, we operate a policy of total price transparency:
No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is the final price for the specimen.
No Payment Surcharges: We do not charge extra fees for using credit cards, PayPal, or any other payment method.
Delivery Costs: Shipping is calculated clearly at checkout before you commit to your purchase (Please see Delivery information page for more details on the flat rate pricing we offer). We do not use "drip pricing."
Security & Data Protection Your financial security is our highest priority.
Encryption: Our website uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data during transit.
PCI Compliance: We are fully PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers; all transactions are processed through our secure, regulated payment gateways.
International Orders (Customs & Duties)
We ship fossils to collectors globally.
Please note: Import Duties: If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs administration fees.
Responsibility: These charges are set by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs website for estimated costs before purchasing.
Order Confirmation & Contract Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your order details and a receipt. This email marks the beginning of our sales contract. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
