Study Grade Onchopristus numidus - Extinct Saw-fish Rostrum Teeth
These are extinct saw-fish rostrum teeth from Onchopristus numidus. These are from the Tegana formation in the Kem Kem basin beds. Around 95 Million years old. Onchopristus was a crucial staple diet fish for the Spinosaurus that hunted in the rivers and deltas for these fishes. You will find that all these specimens are repaired. Though you can find unrepaired specimens, that is not often. These "teeth" were attached to a rostrum that swept side to side to knock out prey.
A good size for your collection. You can see my hand in the picture so hopefully it will give you the scale, but if you are not sure feel free to email and ask about anything at all.
